We request certain personal information to be provided by the client prior to or immediately following any appointment for service(s). The types of information you provide to us may include basic contact details (name, address, email address, mobile phone number), your age and date of birth, gender, skincare characteristics and concerns, and payment information - including card number, expiration date, security code, and billing address. When you provide us with these personal details, such as when you book an appointment for service(s) or verify your credit card information, it is inferred that you consent to us collecting this information and using it only for that specified purpose. We collect and store this information in order to book and hold all appointments for service(s) and to provide stellar customer service, except for credit card information. Skin Alchemy 22, while reserving the right per your inferred consent, do not store credit card information.

We do not give out your information or share any personal details to any third-party companies, marketing or advertising agencies.
